IoM firm joins Guernsey group
No jobs will be lost following a deal to merge a local investment management firm with a Guernsey-based group, it's been confirmed.
Blythe Financial has adopted the name of MitonOptimal following the deal as it looks to expand its business.
Managing Director Alan Blythe has expressed his delight at the way the negotiation process was handled.
He says there will be no slimming down of the workforce:
