Manx-based payment processing company plans to swap financial markets
A Manx-based online payment processing company says it’s grown so large it’s planning to swap financial markets.
Optimal Payments, registered in Finch Road in Douglas, announced the move in a trading update issued this week.
It says what it describes as its “substantially increased size” it’s already asked to move off the Alternative Investment Market.
And it says once that process is complete, it’ll list its shares instead on the FTSE 250 index of London’s Stock Exchange.
