
Aer Arran staff in the Island are to take pay cuts.
The airline has announced its introducing a cost reduction programme across the board.
Salary reductions at the airline will average seven per cent with executive and management salaries reducing by an average 17 per cent.
It says the move will lead to jobs being saved.
Corporate affairs director, Andrew Kelly, says the airline’s continuing to redefine its business model to better position it in the current economic climate.
