Exemptions aim to help e-business and ICT
A relaxation of work permit requirements for the Island's e-gaming sector came into effect at the start of this month.
The measure was approved by Tynwald after e-business companies said they were experiencing problems recruiting qualified workers.
The exemption, aimed at skilled, qualified or experienced workers offered a salary of no less than £25,000, also applies to potential recruits for ICT businesses.
