Former venue was sold in August last year
Hopes to convert a former nightclub in Douglas have been given the green light by planning officials.
An application to turn Paramount City, on Queens Promenade, into a four-bedroom home, coffee shop and barbers shop were approved this week.
The building was sold in August 2020 and hasn't been in use for several years.
It's been described as structurally sound but in need of restoration both internally and externally.
