Change of use application at Prospect Hill site
Victory House could soon contain food, drink and retail facilities.
Plans have been submitted to change the use of some parts of the building - which is mostly used as office space in its current form.
The facility is situated on the north side of Prospect Hill in Douglas, and currently houses several businesses including Rossborough Insurance and Lloyds Bank.
The application, which has been made by Rose Estates Limited, includes new entrance doors from the walkway on Prospect Hill.
You can see the proposals in full - in two parts - on the gov.im planning applications list, here and here.
