Dandara behind 'Royal Shore' project
Port Erin will be getting a bit busier following the planning approval for a new apartment development.
Work is now underway on the Dandara Royal Shore project, which will be built on the upper promenade overlooking Port Erin Bay.
It's the second Dandara development in the south, and will feature a variety of one, two and three-bedroom flats, plus two luxury penthouses.
Dandara Managing Director Seamus Nugent says [the company] has already seen keen interest in Royal Shore, both from people in and out of the local area.
Prices start at £168,950 for a one bedroom apartment.
