Island print company Mannin Group has secured a three year contract with the Manx government to print, store and distribute official tourist information.
The Department of Economic Development has given the Tromode-based operation responsibility for production of leaflets and brochures covering travel, accommodation, local attractions, events and activities.
With an eye to potential expansion of the role, managing director Steve Brown is encouraging other information providers in the visitor market to come on board.
He said the firm wants "to help facilitate the creation of a dedicated, single-sourced supply hub to satisfy both the Department's and the end user's needs and requirements."
This spring, Mannin Group installed a new £1 million Heidelberg five colour litho press at its headquarters.
