Errant batch of non homogenised milk
Isle of Man Creamery has apologised to customers after a fault on a milk production line.
A batch of non-homogenised milk was produced last week - which means the cream wasn't dispersed through the milk and has separated to the top.
The Creamery is assuring customers the milk is safe to drink, but says it regrets its own 'exacting standards for quality' were not met.
The production issue has since been rectified.
