81 house development in Ramsey
The director of a local development firm says pricing houses correctly is the key to selling.
James Greenhalgh from Hartford Homes was speaking after the news his firm has been given the green light to build 81 new homes in Ramsey.
Although no pricing structure has yet been worked out, he says interest has already been shown.
Mr Greenhalgh says it doesn't always come down to it being a buyers' or sellers' market.
