
Property market experts will be giving their outlook for 2009 to members of the Junior Chamber of Commerce next week.
Shortly before Christmas, Chrystals said house prices had risen by just four per cent last year, while the average price of apartments had fallen by around £45,000 during 2008.
On Tuesday, Lisa Quayle, managing director of Quayle’s Esate Agents, and Tim Groves, a chartered surveyor with Black Grace Cowley, will give presentations on the Island’s market.
The event starts at 6pm at the Sefton Hotel in Douglas, and costs £10 for chamber members and £12.50 for non-members.
