'Inflated' price levels coming down
There's been a noticeable improvement in sales in the Island's housing market.
The view of Tim Groves, director at Black Grace Cowley.
He says it down, in part, to prices coming down from what he describes as inflated levels.
Black Grace Cowley has negotiated more property sales under £250,000 than ever before, with March of this year being the estate agent's best ever month for residential sales.
Mr Groves spoke to Tanya Humbles about the current state of the market:
Tourist tax would be 'wrong move at the wrong time', says Douglas hotelier
Diesel price increases 'could put some taxi drivers out of business'
Interim census 'important for business as well as government'
Fuel retailer urges motorists to avoid refilling diesel until tomorrow
