A study undertaken by an Isle of Man-based business advisory firm has found what it describes as 'a real breakthrough' regarding women in the workplace.
Grant Thornton surveyed around 5,000 companies worldwide, finding the number of women in management roles had increased from 29% to 31% in 2020, compared to the year before.
