A Manx company which invests in property in Eastern Europe is hoping to raise 40 million euros in a rights issue to shareholders.
New Europe Property Investments says the rights issue is underwritten, and the cash will be used for further acquisitions and investments.
NEPI invests in office, retail and industrial property in central and eastern European countries.
It's listed on London's Alternative Investments Market as well as the South African and Romanian markets.
