The Manx Treasury has announced a change to its sanctions regime against Al Qaeda and the Taleban.
Twenty-eight year-old Haji Mehreen of Manchester is no longer subject to sanctions as she has been removed from the United Nations watchlist.
As a result, she is no longer the subject of the Manx sanctions regime and any funds she might have in the Island have been unfrozen.
