
The Space Data Association, set up on the Island by satellite operators to improve safety, has won a second award in the space of just two weeks.
The Society of Satellite Professionals International presented its Innovation in Industry Collaboration on the Safe Use of Space award in Washington yesterday.
Earlier this month, the Association won the Space Risk Management Award from the World Space Risk Forum in Dubai.
While at the event in America, the SDA hosted its first user group meeting which discussed improving best practices in the industry.
