Liam Gilman primed by DED start-up scheme
A self-trained photographer who started his enterprise with help from the Small Business Start Up Scheme has won an industry award in the Isle of Man.
Liam Gilman won the award for Best Photographer on mymanxwedding.com.
Shan Fisher Fine Art Photography was the runner-up.
Mr Gilman was one of the first to receive help from the Department of Economic Development's pump-priming scheme for fledgling firms.
