Senior appointment at BPCI

Barclays Private Clients International has a new chairman on its board of directors.

Advocate Andrew Corlett has been appointed to head the division of Barclays Wealth, which is headquartered in the Isle of Man.

Mr Corlett, who is managing director of Cains, will help manage business relationships across the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

He replaces former Chairman Larry Keenan.

In a statement, the company says the appointment completes a period of transition which has seen three members of senior management take up posts as executive directors.
