
Trust, fund and corporate services provider First Names Group has three new managing directors after a restructuring.
The company says following a period of rapid growth which has seen it double in size in the past two years, it’s needed a new operating model.
There are three group service line managing directors - Mark Pesco in private client business, Armin Kirchner in corporate and institutional, and Mike Lightfoot in leisure services.
Group chief executive Morgan Jubb says the changes will also mean better communication, governance, risk management and scalability.
