
A Manx-based property company has snapped up a shopping centre in Leeds for around £30 million.
Praxis bought the Crossgates Shopping Centre from Belfast property firm Donegall Place Investments.
The centre is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, and hosts stores such as O2, Tesco and Holland & Barrett.
Donegall Place Investments bought the mall in 2005 for £40 million.
