More than 20 iconic Peel Cars gathered in their namesake town to mark the 50th anniversary of the micro vehicles.
Last weekend a three day Peels to Peel festival organised by Peel Car owners and enthusiasts with the Manx Transport Museum attracted fresh interest in the miniature motors.
A special set of stamps produced by Isle of Man Post Office to mark the anniversary was launched at the start of the event.
There was plenty of space for 12 Peels in the pedestrian area outside Regent Street Post Office in Douglas for the unveiling of the special edition postmark on 1 August.
The limited edition 500 copies depict the P50, the Manx Car and Trident.
