
Treasury Minister Anne Craine faces a test this evening (Tuesday) as she delivers a key speech in front of leading financiers and decision makers, at the Gresham Lecture in London.
Her talk, entitled 'Extinction or Evolution? The Future for Offshore Centres', will be in front of an audience which may not all be friendly.
