
Kaupthing Bank, the parent company of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man), has posted strong results for the first six months of the year.
Net earnings for the period were 533 million Euros (£360 million), whilst total assets climbed by 23.3 per cent to 54.3 billion Euros (£36.6 billion) and shareholders’ net earnings increased by 43.8 per cent.
Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) Managing Director Aidan Doherty said: ‘This is a particularly robust performance from Kaupthing and we are delighted to have played our part.’
