109 apartments in Middlesborough
A Manx company has applied for planning permission to build new student accommodation in Middlesborough.
Snapco 2, registered in Finch Road in Douglas, wants to build a five-storey apartment block for students with a total of 109 flats.
The development would feature 95 studio apartments as well as another 14 five-bedroom flats on a city centre site that’s currently unused.
If Middlesborough Council gives permission, it’s thought work on the building would start in September.
