The Department of Tourism and Leisure is looking for ideas for the possible redevelopment of the former Summerland site.
It is inviting expressions of interest from prospective developers and interested parties.
Last month in Tynwald, Minister for Tourism and Leisure Adrian Earnshaw said outside help was needed to redevelop the site for leisure or tourism.
The land is currently owned by the department, which is trying to establish how much interest there would be if the site was made available.
Further details and an information pack can be obtained by emailing Kim.foy@gov.im
The deadline for submissions is 12 noon on Friday, August 22.
