Local IT specialist MannageIT has scooped a prestigious award, beating off competition from over 140 service locations in the UK and Ireland.
It’s been named the best performing Apple authorised service provider, winning the AASP Customer Satisfaction Trophy.
It’s after MannageIT scored 100 per cent across a wide range of standards covering quality of service, response and repair times, problem identification, issue resolution and technical ability.
All of the elements were visible in the extensive customer feedback.
Founder and managing director Tony Shipton was delighted to accept the award and said: ‘To be voted number one Apple Service Provider in the UK and Ireland is a fantastic achievement from all our staff and is testament to the way we manage our customers IT requirements.’
