The Customer Service Operations Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland International in the Isle of Man, Tony Quine, has joined the DHSS on a year’s secondment.
Health Minister Eddie Teare says it's part of his department's continuing commitment to provide excellent customer services.
Mr Teare describes it as 'a unique opportunity to gain an outside perspective of the way the DHSS approaches its customer service. Tony has a wide range of experience within the private sector, managing large and diverse teams in banking and operational environments.
It is this experience the department will seek to utilise to fine tune certain procedures.'
The Minister says he is looking forward to working with Mr Quine (pictured) to ensure mutual benefits for government, the private sector and most importantly the people of the Isle of Man, through the sharing of knowledge, skills, experience and resources.
