The regeneration of Ramsey was the theme of a presentation held in the town recently.
It was given by Keith Dalrymple, the principal of Dalrymple Associates, to the Ramsey Chamber of Trade.
He addressed an audience which included Treasury Minister Allan Bell, Education Minister Anne Craine and retail consultant Martin Sewell.
Mr Dalrymple spoke about urban regeneration, a concept with which he said Ramsey was familiar, following the clearance and redevelopment of the south of the town.
