The latest Manx film to hit cinemas gets its American release on Friday.
The Disappearance of Alice Creed stars Gemma Arterton, whose previous hits include Quantum of Solace, Clash of the Titans and Prince of Persia, alongside Martin Compston and Eddie Marsan.
It was released in the United Kingdom in April and tells the twisting story of a young woman who is kidnapped by two men.
The movie has already had positive reviews in the States and earned £142,000 in its opening weekend in the UK.
