A Douglas-based ship management firm looks set to change hands for up to £371 million later this year.
An auction is currently being held for final bids for V Ships after its owner, Exponent Private Equity, put it up for sale.
Bids are due in by June 16 for the company, which provides services for cruise liners, ferries and large yachts.
London-based Exponent bought V Ships for £209 million in March 2007.
