A local firm has chosen this most romantic of days to launch a new Isle of Man dating website.
manxdating.com has been produced by designers at Manxjam and is seen as an extension of the social networking site the company already runs.
It's free to register a profile and post a personal ad, but there are subscription fees for people wishing to communicate with other users.
Manxjam designer Gary Shilling thinks it's difficult to meet potential partners in the Isle of Man, and hopes manxdating.com will help people find someone special:
