Online payments processor Neovia Financial looks set for another name change.
The firm, which was known as Neteller, recently bought Optimal Payments, another online payment company, and could be renamed next month.
In a statement, Neovia says it will ask permission of its shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on Monday, February 28 to call itself Optimal Payments plc.
The meeting will be held at at the firm's offices in Audax House in Finch Road, Douglas.
