Heron & Brearley is marketing a warehouse as the Isle of Man's largest leisure facility.
The unidentified building is a 4,212sq.m warehouse with planning permission for a family leisure complex.
The complex, currently being advertised online, is set to include a tenpin bowling facility, indoor golf, roller skating, a children’s themed play area, bars, coffee shops, a franchised restaurant and an amusement arcade.
