
Worcestershire-based The Weather Lottery has bought Manx-based payment processor Sormelle for more than £420,000.
The UK firm says it’s part of its strategy of buying and developing new egaming and payment products.
Sormelle’s owner Kevin Dale will join its board as chief operating officer.
It’s the second Manx buy this year for The Weather Lottery, which acquired Poseve in May for £350,000.
