Members of the winning team in the 2008 Manx Executive Challenge have spoken of their delight after taking the title.
The yellow team came up with proposals to assist the retail post network.
The contest is held annual by the Chartered Management Institute and, as usual, saw teams from the Island's private and public sectors tackling a range of projects.
They carried out in-depth studies relating to the local economy or social infrastructure, and produced reports on their findings.
Spokesperson for the 'yellows' Louise Whyman says it was a real team effort:
Tourist tax would be 'wrong move at the wrong time', says Douglas hotelier
Diesel price increases 'could put some taxi drivers out of business'
Interim census 'important for business as well as government'
Fuel retailer urges motorists to avoid refilling diesel until tomorrow
