Didn't see uniformed officer at side of road
Police have fined a 'distracted' motorist £120 after catching them using their phone whilst driving.
Officers say they also received four penalty points.
In a post on social media they say the driver failed to see the officer, who was in high visibility clothing, stood at the side of the road.
