14-day self-isolation rules could go down to ten

Government team working on possibilities for new year

Self-isolation rules for Manx residents could be reduced to ten days in the new year.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, rules have never deviated from the 14-day isolation period on returning to the Island or testing positive for coronavirus.

However, Chief Minister Howard Quayle says government has been looking at other options.

It's unknown if a new mutation of the virus in the UK will delay the change:
