Man from the Island bailed on condition he doesn't drive
A 51 year-old-man, who police say was seen driving the wrong way on to the Mountain Road, has appeared in court.
The man, who is from the Island, has been charged with Dangerous Driving and Failing to Conform to a Traffic Sign or Signal.
It happened overnight Saturday into Sunday (25-26 May).
He was bailed from court with one of the conditions being that he doesn’t drive.
The Mountain Road is one-way for the duration of the TT fortnight from Ramsey to the Creg-ny-Baa.
It will revert to two-way traffic from 11 June.
