88 hours of sunshine in November

Month was drier, sunnier and less windy than average

More than 88 hours of sunshine were recorded in November.

That’s around 20 hours more than average.

Statistics from Ronaldsway Met Office show the month was slightly drier, sunnier and less windy than normal.  

The penultimate day of November was the coldest since 2010 at 4.5°c – the warmest day was 18 November with a peak of 14.0°c; this was also the wettest day with 15mm of rain.

Storm Debi on 13 November saw gusts of 70mph recorded at Ronaldsway.
