Ron Allen is taken on highspeed lap of the course and takes late wife's ashes to their favourite spectator spot
A 95-year-old UK resident has had his dream of experiencing what it would be like to go around the TT course on a high-speed motorbike come true.
Ron Allen and his wife used to regularly attend the fortnight from 1956 until 1981.
"The King of them all is Michael Dunlop, and I saw his uncle win his first race here."
Back again this year for the first time in 44 years, Ron has come over to scatter his wife's ashes in one of their favourite spots on the course.

All this was made possible by his friend and neighbour Sebastian Edge, who knew of Ron's journey and who called his friend, a former MGP winner, to take Ron around the course.
"Ron is a neighbor and a great storyteller. He sadly lost his wife recently and had planned to come over to the Island. A friend of mine is a racer so I said I'd ring him and ask if he'd be keen to give Ron a trip around the course on the back of his bike," says Sebastian.
Ron spoke to Chanelle Sukhoo after his experience:
