Director of Public Health discusses lifting of lockdown
The Director of Public Health says it's a 'very appropriate' time to relax the Island's covid restrictions.
The chief minister announced yesterday all lockdown measures will be lifted at one-minute-past-midnight Sunday night/ Monday morning.
Dr Henrietta Ewart says there's been a sufficient amount of time since the last case of unknown origin, and the number of negative tests shows the Island is on its way to achieving local elimination:
