Move announced by Chief Minister
Treasury has signed an agreement with the BBC this week over the funding of TV licences for people over 75 years old. Chief Minister Howard Quayle made the announcement during a sitting of the Public Service Broadcasting committee. He says it was a commitment made in the wake of the 2016 General Election to reintroduce free TV licences for over-75s:-
