Ronaldsway remains 'on notice'
The Manx public should not be alarmed that the Isle of Man Airport remains 'on notice' by the Civil Aviation Administration - the Island's aviation safety regulator.
That's the view of former Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas.
He says many of the historical issues raised during routine audits have now been addressed and the CAA has noted the positive progress made by the airport to address matters of concern:
Details, published in a Tynwald written answer, reveal the CAA first put the airport under special attention in December 2019 after routine audits of air traffic services and aerodrome operations raised a number of findings.

The question was asked by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Tim Glover who declined Manx Radio's invitation to discuss the issue.
The Department of Infrastructure also declined to comment.
