Minister discusses changes to this year's increase proposals
The enterprise minister says aligning the Minimum Wage with the Living Wage is 'still the direction' of government.
That's despite a change to proposals that would have achieved parity between the two rates by October.
An increase to Minimum Wage is still proposed for April - up to £12.25 - however a review is to be carried out before any further increases.
