Vote on exploring fluoridation pushed back to June Tynwald
Fluoridation of the water supply was a big topic in Tynwald this week, with the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee Report on oral health in our children presented to the court.
A number of recommendations were presented, including a request from the Council of Ministers for a research paper into fluoridation.
The request divided opinion amongst members and it was deferred for a vote until next month's sitting.
But Dr Michelle Haywood says now is the time to look at 'good quality evidence' and make an informed plan:
Garff Commissioners hosting offshore windfarm drop in session today
Public invited to suggest new brownfield site for potential re-development
Anthony Allen re-elected as chair at Onchan Commissioners
