Northern Irish leader 'knowledgeable' on Manx affairs
Former Chief Minister Alan Bell says Martin McGuinness 'knew a considerable amount about the Isle of Man' when he first met him, as part of the British Irish Council.
The former IRA chief and Deputy First Minister has died at the age of 66.
