Howard Quayle responds to Boris Johnson's kipper waving
Any publicity for the Isle of Man is good publicity according to the chief minister.
Howard Quayle has responded to Boris Johnson's appointment as the UK's next Prime Minister.
Referring to the former London mayor's brandishing of a Manx kipper in the run up to the conservative party vote, Mr Quayle says 'any publicity is good publicity.'
