Report to be produced to decide course of action
The chief minister says he wants to see comprehensive data on whether or not more people are living in poverty in the Isle of Man, before government tries to tackle the issue.
Howard Quayle has been speaking ahead of the new parliamentary year, which gets under way tomorrow with the October sitting of Tynwald.
He says Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas is producing a report on poverty, to see if it's becoming more prevalent here.
