Arts Development Manager hails importance of funding arts projects
A senior figure at the Isle of Man Arts Council says arts are more than just a 'nice to have'.
Jim Rawson joined the organisation's Arts Development Team as Arts Development Manager at the end of last year.
Part of his role involves reviewing applications for funding from artists and creatives on the Island.
He says funding arts projects properly is essential:
