Staff being redeployed due to Covid impact
The Isle of Man's health service is 'stretched' due to current Covid demands but is coping.
That's the admission from the health and social care minister.
Temporary closures at Manx Care residential homes across the Island have been extended due to widespread community transmission of the virus.
Respite services for adults with learning disabilities have been scaled back as a result so that staff can be redeployed to help support the care facilities.
